ABOUT US

WELCOME TO CREDENCE CARE. We are a well-established family run supported living service in Rugby. All of our properties are central to Rugby town centre. We primarily provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities as well as caring for people in the community with a number of physical and mental health disabilities. We thrive in providing a professional, caring and individually tailored service which enriches the lives; of our clients.

As well as supported living accommodation we also have a day centre called ‘The Hub’ where our clients can visit with their support staff to gain further skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, money management, keeping safe, Employment, learning and development and other activities of daily living which will achieve empowerment and independence.

AT THE HUB

Also at the Hub we run daily activities such as arts and crafts, baking, quizzes etc. On a monthly basis we discuss important topics such as dignity & respect, healthy eating, oral health, sexual health etc. which will also assist in providing our clients with skills where they can maintain safety whilst also promoting their own independence. It’s also a place where clients can come and meet their friends and socialise. We also have a pool table for them to use and enjoy.

Our clients also enjoy a wide range of different activities like drama club, disco nights, movie nights and various other social events within the local community.

OPPORTUNITIES

Each year our clients have the opportunity to holiday as a group and have been to various locations around the UK over the years. Holidays are also offered individually if the client would prefer to do so.

We also integrate with other supported living services so that our clients have the opportunity to make wider friendship groups.

OUR STAFF

We are extremely proud of our organisation and the team we have assembled to service and promote our business. It is fully understood and readily accepted, that our staff are the most valuable asset and the key means by which we can achieve our goals of growth, profitability and ongoing success.

In order for us to continue providing our clients with the highest quality standards of service and best value for money, it is essential that we all share a common philosophy in the way we approach and perform our individual and collective duties and responsibilities.

FULLY TRAINED

All our employees are trained professionals and have completed their In-house Induction training whilst many others also have NVQ qualifications. We have a strong management team in place who have been involved in the care sector for many years and they oversee the daily running of the service and have full responsibility for ensuring staff training is kept up to date and in line with national guidelines.

We are registered by the Care Quality Commission and they are our professional governing body who inspect and regulate our activities. Latest report is attached.

OUR CLIENTS

We work with each individual in our care to ensure that their needs and wants are met and that they have choices in everything they desire. All individuals are respected and valued and communication in everything they wish to do is prompted by our professionally trained staff.

Communication meetings are held in each of our houses to ensure that all clients are happy and involved in any decision-making implementation and contribution towards their support plans and wishes for the future.

TAILORED SERVICE

We ensure that everyone has a tailored personal centred service and we endeavour to ensure that we promote a service which we would be happy to recommend to our own family members. All clients are involved in planning their own personal centred service and work with staff members to help them achieve their goals and assist them to become as independent as they desire.

We work to deliver a caring professional self-centred service and to ensure that everyone in our care is safe whilst enjoying their daily lives and achieving all that they desire.
